Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Written cancellations postmarked by January 27, 2012 are eligible for a refund of monies paid less a $75 processing fee. Written cancellations postmarked by April 1, 2012, are eligible for a refund of monies paid, less a fee of 50% of the cost of cancelled booth space. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after April 1, 2012. If the booth space is not occupied by the exhibitor by 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 10, ASTRA Show Management reserves the right to use said space as it deems fit.
