Exhibiting at ASTRA is as easy as 1, 2, 3…

Steps to secure your space:

  1. View the updated 2012 Floor Plan and select your top 6 locations.
    Booths in gray have been sold and are unavailable. Booths in white are available!

  2. Submit your completed contract along with your payment information for the 50% required deposit to Amanda Zawad or fax it to (312) 222-0986. Please keep a copy of the contract for your records.

  3. Your application will be processed in the order in which it is received. Your credit card will be charged the 50% required deposit to hold your space for 2012. Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from info@astratoy.org along with your booth number.

Please note: Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booth space will be assigned based on the availability of your top 6 choices at the time your application and contract is submitted.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the total booth space cost must accompany your application. The balance due must be paid in full by 5:00 p.m. (Central Time Zone) on January 27, 2012. Exhibitors with a balance due after this date will be subject to cancellation or booth relocation by ASTRA, at ASTRA’s sole discretion, without refund of the deposit. Full payment must accompany any applications submitted after January 27, 2012.
