The 2012 Exhibit Hall Is Already 80% Sold Out! Exhibiting at ASTRA is as easy as 1, 2, 3… Steps to secure your space:
Please note: Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booth space will be assigned based on the availability of your top 6 choices at the time your application and contract is submitted. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total booth space cost must accompany your application. The balance due must be paid in full by 5:00 p.m. (Central Time Zone) on January 27, 2012. Exhibitors with a balance due after this date will be subject to cancellation or booth relocation by ASTRA, at ASTRA’s sole discretion, without refund of the deposit. Full payment must accompany any applications submitted after January 27, 2012. |
