Kit Session

3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

This hands-on session allows kit manufacturers to take their product out of the box and demonstrate it to hundreds of retailers. This session provokes creativity and gives you one on one time to teach retailers about your kit.

Session Goals:

Retailers learn what is in the kits, how to use them, and how to sell them
Manufacturers get to show, tell, demo, and lead the play on one of their favorite products!
Have fun, meet new people, and build relationships!

If you are a kit manufacturer, you won’t want to miss this value-added exhibitor benefit!

How It Works:

Exhibitors that manufacturer kits must submit a kit session application and meet the following requirements in order to be entered into the lottery. Applications will be emailed to all exhibitors paid in full in March. The 20 lottery winners will be announced in April.

In order to be considered, your company must meet the following regulations:

Only allowed 1-2 kit(s). Must provide a picture and kit description.
Your kit must fall under one of these categories:
- Arts & Crafts
- Scientific
- Construction
Your kit must be a hands-on product
Kits cannot be shown in consecutive years. If you demonstrated these kits in 2011, they cannot be present in 2012.
Booth fees must be paid in full to be eligible for the lottery.

Logistics:

There are 20 tables in the kit session with seating for 8 individuals per table. Attendees will spend eight minutes at a demonstration table and then have two minutes to move to the next demonstration table of their choice.
